In Memoria di Lucia Gallo

Those who have had the pleasure of knowing Lucia Gallo know she has always been more than a brilliant manager. Irreverent, unconventional and easygoing, but also joyful, selfless and caring. It was impossible not to have fun in her company, whether during her work days or during the evenings with friends that she so loved to organize. Throughout her professional life she occupied responsible roles, in multinational, multicultural and competitive contexts, challenging all kinds of stereotypes and difficulties.   

Her zest for life and curiosity about the world were already clear at the beginning of her path at Bocconi, first as a four-year undergraduate student and then as an MBA. One could almost say, that Bocconi was her second home: the place where she turned challenges into opportunities with determination and desire for growth. 

We would like her success story to become a tangible example of empathetic leadership. 

To honor the memory of Lucia, who passed away prematurely, we would like to support a student in need to enable a quality education for a deserving person who can capture her moral legacy. Enhancing young talent was one of Lucia's many qualities, so we can say one thing with certainty: she would have been delighted to learn of this scholarship.
